Research provides evidence of the connection between physical health and mental health. In this area, we will assess your habits that promote a physically healthy lifestyle. These areas include exercise, diet, and sleep. We will also ensure that you have a plan to respond to physical health challenges. Interventions in this area will specifically target physical health areas that will have the greatest impact on current life challenges.
ENVIRONMENT
Engaged in healthy and stimulates spaces

Most people spend the majority of their time in 2-4 places. Where you spend your time has a significant impact on your health. We will assess those areas and determine if changes can be made to add value towards overall health. For some people, this involves small changes in their existing places while others may have to evaluate the need for making more significant changes in the spaces they are engaged in.
SECURITY
Psychologically, physically, and financially secure

This areas will assess the level of danger or threat in your life. Security leads to safety. People who feel safe, live happier and healthier lives. In this area, we will assess the areas of life where you feel threatened and develop goals to decrease threat and increase safety and security.
MENTAL HEALTH
