Gina Brascetta

Nutrition Coach

Thinking about ‘healthy eating’ or nutrition in general can be incredibly overwhelming. It doesn’t have to be complicated to be impactful. Gina is a Certified Nutrition Coach and has helped clients of all ages to create healthier habits and understand nutrition principles while overcoming challenges and targeting whatever area of focus is needed. Gina’s approach to nutrition is not a one size fits all idea. Each body has specific needs, and each person has individual goals; personalized coaching to fit those things in a fun, simplistic and educational way is vital to success. She is passionate about improving overall health while meeting goals along the way and allowing for autonomy in the decision-making process when it comes to nutrition. Through programming, coaching, and accountability, Gina’s clients not only end up feeling ‘better’ physically but feel empowered to continue to have a healthy relationship with food beyond their time together and incorporate it into a sustainable lifestyle. She is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Virtual Coaching Specialist.

Teresa Anne Volgenau

Performance Coach and Career Coach

Teresa Anne Volgenau, a Colorado native, launched her artistic and athletic career at a very young age.  Her extensive and diverse career in the performing arts has spanned over 35 years and taken her to both coasts and abroad through Europe and South America. She is known best as a dancer/performer of Classical Ballet and Argentine Tango, an instructor for The Joffrey Ballet and numerous ballet academies and studios, and has worked extensively as a choreographer and actress. A graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy (Dance) and the University of Utah (Theatre), she is a proud member of Actor’s Equity, The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation, an eligible member of The Screen Actors Guild, and recipient of the 2011 HOLA Award for performance and choreography. In addition to decades of experiences on and around the stage and screen, Teresa is certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine, The National Strength and Conditioning Association and was the force behind California’s TAVLifestyle- Fitness and Sports Training for 13 years. While mentoring up-and-coming talent on their individual life balance, training, and career trajectory is her focus, Teresa does continue to guest teach and privately coach dancers in preparation for auditions and performance.

When it comes to understanding the physical demands and anatomic limitations as an elite dancer/athlete, health and nutrition (particularly taking guidance from Ayurveda/Dosha, hormonal and holistic nutrition), and pushing limits to perform while still honoring recovery and injury prevention, Teresa is a passionate expert and a dedicated professional.  Equally important, Teresa is keenly aware of the detriment of life imbalances and the countless mental and emotional struggles that plague focused dancers and athletes. Her primary ambition is to help cultivate alignment in talent to be healthy, happy and successful human beings in the world and to avoid pitfalls on the path to fulfilling their dreams.
